We've seen problems in the past with "Speed of light" matters. users cannot have speed of light jutsus. Its just too impossible. Your skin would rip from your flesh and your flesh would peel from your bones and your bones would disengrate. Keep it too Sound speed at that, since the eight gates almost reach sound speed.

Long Story Short: No Speed of light Jutsu.
