Actually, Shukaku was asorbed out of Gaara by the Akatsuki in Naruto Shippuden. Then some old lady revived Gaara back to life, though in exchange, the technique took away her life. The Akatsuki haven't captured the Orochi(8-Tailed) and Kyuubi(9-Tailed Bijuu) yet.

Well true....but don't you think those moves are way to high for a genin?

Let's just give him the moves that are below C-Rank, but it depends on what the jutsus he uses for his Bijuu do. By the way, I thought he can't have summonings from the show, cause the ninja who knew those moves are dead or very old.
