Genin - 2 Elements

Chunin - 2 Elements

Jounin - 2 Elements

ANBU - 3 elements ( if we think you deserve them )

Sanin - 3 Elements

Kage - 3 Elements

Missing - Nin/ Akatsuki - Will have elements equal to the rank before becoming akatsuki or Missing. Otherwise, new apps who want to be akatsuki or Missing, 2 elements.
