This is my site that I made called Naruto Nindo.It takes place 60 years after the main storry line.All clans are allowed along with Kekkei Genkai.Rinnengan can only have 1 user and that user is taken.To have Mangekyo Sharingan you need an extraordinary app but Eternal Mangekyo is taken by me.The app is a bit more complicated but it makes your character stronger than he would be on other sites.
